Toplantıdan sonra, noel pazarı yönüne doğru yürüyüşe geçildi. „Eins - zwei - drei - vier, die Gebühren stoppen wir!“ (Bir ki, üç, harçları durduracağız!), „Bildung für alle und zwar umsonst“ (Herkese Parasız Eğitim), „Wir sind hier, wir sind laut, weil man uns die Bildung klaut!“ (Burdayız, sesimizi yükseltiyoruz, neden, eğitim bizden çalındığı için), „Wie wollt ihr studieren? Ohne Gebühren!“ (Nasıl okumak istiyorsunuz? Harçsız!) vb. sloganlar uyaklı ve melodik bir sekilde atıldı.
En kalabalık yerlerde sık aralıklarla durularak, öğrenci sorunlarına uyarlanmış Noel sarkıları söylendi.
Şehrin İstiklal Caddesi olan Königstrasse'de bir aşağı bir yukarı yürünerek ve kalabalık sokaklara girdi-çıktı yapılarak polisle kedi fare gibi oynandı. En son zar zor toparlanan 7-8 polis yürüyüşü durdurdu ve polis sefi, „bu izinsiz yürüyüşü selamladığını“ söyledikten sonra resmi olarak yürüyüşü kimin üstlendiğini sordu. Sloganlarda „Kolektif“ yanıtı geldi. (Alman yasalarına göre her yürüyüşün resmi olarak bir kişi tarafından üstlenilmesi gerekiyor. Tabi para cezası vb. de o kişinin üstüne kalıyor).
Bir süre daha yürüdükten sonra, biraz da belirsizliğin ve gidecek bir yer kalmamasının etkisiyle, polis, megafon ve mikrofon taşıyan iki kişinin kimliklerini kaydetti. Bugün Vaihingen kampüsünde benzer bir toplantı yapılacak.
Spontaneous Demo against Student-fees
Students in Stuttgart University decided to organise a boycott against student-fees in an assembly of near 500 people on December 19th. After the assembly, approximately 150 students marched through streets of city center for at least one hour.
According to the decision of the assembly, students will collect the money in a common bank account. When the percent of students using this bank account reaches 25 percent, Stuttgart Uni. Students will force a bargain with the state administration together with other universities in the state of Baden Württemberg.
The students headed first towards Weihnachtsmarkt (Christmasmarket) and then all over the Königstrasse playing cat and mouse game with the police. They shouted slogans like
„Eins - zwei - drei - vier, die Gebühren stoppen wir!“ (One, two, three, four, we stop the fees for sure),„Bildung für alle und zwar umsonst“ (Free education for all), „Wir sind hier, wir sind laut, weil man uns die Bildung klaut!“ (We are here and we shout because our education is stolen), „Wie wollt ihr studieren? Ohne Gebühren!“ (Which sort of an education do you want? Without fees!)
Students gave breaks in most crowded parts of city center and sang christmassongs adapted to student fees. One of this christmas song had lines like „Die Uni wird Elitehaus / Die Armen bleiben schön zu Haus“ etc. (Universities becoming Elithouses / The Poor staying well at home). The songs and slogans received considerable attention and sympathy from the people around.
Finally the police chief accompanied by 7-8 policemen, stopped the crowd by saying that they „greet“ this spontanous demo and asked who was responsible for this demo. The answer came immediately as a slogan, „Collective“. Finally the police took the ID cards of two students carrying the megaphone and registered their names. Today there is another assembly in Vaihingen campus.

Almanya'da Stuttgart Üniversitesi öğrencileri, 19 Aralık günü yaklaşık 500 kişilik bir toplantıyla boykot kararı aldı.
Stadtmitte'deki (şehir merkezi) kampüste herkese açık yapılan toplantıda, 500 €'ya fırlayan harçlara karşı Baden Württemberg eyaleti çapında boykot kararı çıktı. Karardan sonra, 150 kişilik 2 saat süren bir korsan yürüyüş yapıldı.
Bu karara göre, tüm öğrenciler 501 €'luk miktari 15 Şubat'a kadar ortak bir hesapta toplayacaklar. Bu ortak hesaba yatıranların sayısı, yüzde 25'i bulursa, eyaletteki diğer üniversitelerle birlikte eyalet yönetimi pazarlığa zorlanacak.
